1. Introduction
At National Computer Education Institute (NCEI), we strive to provide high-quality education. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which students can request a refund for course fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the institute administration.
- Refunds are only applicable for course cancellations or withdrawals made before the course start date, unless stated otherwise.
- Once the course has commenced, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of NCEI.
3. Refund Timeline
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days of approval.
4. Deduction
- A nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refundable amount to cover processing costs.
- Any bank or transaction charges incurred during payment will not be refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees, study materials, or other additional charges may be non-refundable.
- Fees paid for completed courses are non-refundable.
6. Method of Refund
- Refunds will be made through the original payment mode (bank transfer, online payment, or cash, as applicable).
