Basic Accounting and Inventory
- Introduction: Fundamentals of accounting, Tally ERP 9 interface, and company creation.
- Accounting Masters: Creating and managing groups, ledgers, and chart of accounts.
- Accounting Vouchers: Recording transactions using vouchers like receipts, payments, contra, journal, sales, and purchases.
- Inventory Masters: Creating and managing stock groups, stock items, and units of measure.
- Inventory Vouchers: Recording inventory-related transactions such as purchase and sales with inventory.
- Reporting: Generating financial statements like the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account, as well as trial balance and day book.
Advanced Features
- Advanced Accounting: Utilizing bill-wise details, cost centers, cost categories, multiple currencies, and interest calculations.
- Advanced Inventory: Managing order processing, stock levels, price lists, and special features like bill of materials and different actual and billed quantities.
- Banking: Bank reconciliation and creating deposit/withdrawal slips.
Taxation
- Goods and Services Tax (GST): Enabling GST, creating GST-compliant transactions, generating GST returns (like GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B), and managing GST reports.
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS): Enabling TDS, recording transactions, and generating reports and returns.

- Audit: Using Tally audit features for internal audits.
- Printing: Printing reports, cheques, and customizing company logos.
