It is my proud privilege to jot down few words for NCEI, which has been providing technical education to the needy poor, downtrodden and un-privileged masses of the society for the last few decades. In this age of competition, when our population is growing very fast and so is unemployment, it is quite difficult for the government to provide employment to every individual of the country. Therefore, at this crucial juncture, there is a dire need of imparting technical education among the youth so that they may become self dependent. It gives me an immense pleasure to inform the general public, through this information bulletin, that NCEI has been striving hard to provide the best education to the unemployed youth of the country under the dynamic leadership of Sh. Naresh Sabharwal, the worthy chairman of NCEI. At the end, I wish all the best to every individual associated with the NCEI for the betterment of the society.
“NTSHI” Education Society was established during the year 1999 by a group of Educationalists, Professionals and Social Workers with the major objective of providing job oriented coursed in the field of education, Computer Training & Typing Shorthand to the people of Jammu & Kashmir in particular and to other states in general, keeping this in mind, the management of society expressed keen interest in establishing Institute of Computer under the Name and style of “National Computer Education Institution” which will impart diploma courses in Computer Professional Teacher Training Course, CPTTC, DCA, PGDIT & PGDCA more many courses as well in order to provide the candidates opportunity to seek employment within & outside the state. As both Computer IT personals are the two pillars of IT services so it is important to impart quality education in Computer so as to enable them to compete not on national but at international level as well as demonstrate skills in Computer practice. The present era is completely revolutionized by the working paradigms created by computers, information technology and management skills. As this is the age of chips, Bytes and Bits , the education with cutting edge only can enable students to compete best in the world. The National Computer Education Institution Information Technology has a mission of providing quality education that too of modernized information technology, so that our students can keep track of fast moving world and place themselves at the right place in this world. Our society has a mission to make at least one person computer literate from the people of poor families and we are making efforts to benefit the people from far flung areas with the Government Schemes so that they can Learn Computer Education even at no cost and provide them the resources so that they can have a reach to computer education. The Town People will be benefited by the schemes of the society as NCEI is going to grow across Jammu & Kashmir State. We are the People, Who not only dreams but make all possible efforts to make them true. The Society is making every possible efforts to make NCEI Internationally certified as The Managing Director Mr. Naresh Sabherwal is moving his wheels right across the country to have NCEI an ISO(International Standard Organization) Certified and We believe that the gate of ISO will open for us in upcoming year 2010 and students of NCEI have great future to explore their knowledge to international level and light up their future. I would reassert that it is our collective effort that hold the key to our progress in our future. At the end I am sure that the information bulletin will serve as a valuable handbook for awareness of the students as well as their parents .
